How long are the classes?

All classes our 60 minutes in duration with the exception of Tai Chi which is 75 minutes

How much are the classes?

Prices are per class with the exception of Pilates.  For details please refer to our class price list.

I would like to try one of your classes?

That’s great!  Please contact info@knees-up.co.uk and we will be happy to book you a place.  Our classes are pay as you go with the exception of Pilates.  You can try a Pilates class for £5 and if you would like to enrol in the program you will pay the outstanding amount for that course.

What should I wear?

Your workout attire should be comfortable and allow you to move freely, we recommend you wear layers so that you can adjust to temperature changes.  For our Pilates classes please wear socks or bare feet.  For Thai Chi we recommend socks or soft shoes.

Why do you need a medical questionnaire completed?

It is important that our instructors have your medical information so that they can ensure their classes are safe for you and where applicable adjustments are made.   We ask you to keep your instructor up to date of any changes so they can continue to meet your needs.  It may be necessary for you to ensure your medical practitioner is supportive of your attendance before starting a class.

Is there somewhere I can change?

Yes.  We have two toilets which also can be used for changing.

Is there parking?

Yes.   There is a small amount of free parking designated for Knees Up clients for the duration of your class.  This is situated next to the studio.  Alternatively there is the adjoining pay and display car park.
